site. It’s not much different than a TV commercial or a corporate
DVD video. It can be hosted in the website and can be viewed either
automatically when the web site is entered or from activation by the

scheduling the shoot and 50% upon delivery of the finished video.

having it on my website?
You can show a DVD of your
video in your business meetings, conference or at trade shows, or
create a mass mailing marketing brochure including the DVD.
Additionally, you can upload it to
social media sites such as YouTube or Facebook.
What if I already have existing video?
We can incorporate existing video into a new video
depending on the video format.
Can I create TV spots with
the footage?
Typically, a TV broadcast quality video requires
specific video production processes and equipment that can be
slightly different than web site videos. If a TV broadcast quality
video is desired then arrangements should be made prior to beginning
the shoot. That being said, often standard web site videos are
successfully used in TV spots.
What is the difference between a TV commercial and
a Webmercial?
There is not a big difference. A TV commercial or
Webmercial should be designed to communicate with an audience that
did not intentionally seek out the information. In contrast a web
site video is designed to optimize the web experience of the web
site visitor.
Can we put our video on sites
like YouTube?
Yes! YouTube is a popular social media site for
videos. You can also put it on other sites similar to YouTube or
link to it from sites such as Facebook. These social media networks
are powerful marketing systems that may significantly benefit your
business or organization.

YouTube?
We do this to demonstrate the benefit and ease of
having a web site video on a social media site such as YouTube.
How long should a website video be? Isn’t the
longer the better?
Actually, the shorter the
video the better! In today’s fast paced environment, you will only
be able to hold a visitors attention for a short time period.
Typically less than a minute. Sure, some viewers will sit and watch for
2-3 minutes which is amount of time to cover all the ins and outs of

Do I need to hire actors to
be in the video?
You typically do not need to hire actors. It is
best if you and/or your employees are in the video. This way you can
assure your potential customers that you will ensure their
satisfaction with your product or service. We can provide any
narration services and actors if necessary.
How do I prepare for the
shoot?
There is not much you need to do other than make
sure any equipment, processes or people you want to be included are
there and ready at that time.
How long does the process take?
You should plan for us to be at your location for
a couple of hours to set up and record the video clips. From that
point, we do all the remaining work at our studio. The entire
process takes a couple of days, but sometimes we need to travel to
another location to record a testimonial or find that we would like
to redo or add another shot so may return to your location perform
another short recording. The entire process takes between a couple
days and a couple weeks.
Where do you record the people who give
testimonials in my video?
It’s up to you and them as to where they should
give the testimonial. We can travel locally to their place of
business to video record their testimonials at no additional charge.
Why do we record the video without a script?
Your spontaneous answers are
more effective than scripted answers.
This is your sales pitch, you don’t read
from a script while talking to your customers.
Isn’t it hard to perform for the camera without a
script?
You just talk about your
business. Then we package it with graphics, titles and music to add
the Wow.
We can separate the video clips to be
short sound bite style narratives if this works better for you.
What if I don’t want to be on camera?
That’s not a problem at all. We can use your
employees or actors, or design the program to be voice over
narrative. There are a million ways to produce an effective video
for your organization.
Can my web site accommodate video? Will I need
more bandwidth?
If additional bandwidth is necessary, it usually
can be obtained from your web hosting service at a nominal charge.
Some web hosting services are offering unlimited storage and
bandwidth packages. Also, if you choose to use a site such as YouTube, they
provide the bandwidth and storage for your video for free.
Will my site visitors have
fast enough internet connections for video?
This shouldn’t be a problem. We can compress files
to optimize viewing speeds. Also, high speed broadband internet
access is common for business internet users and becoming more and
more prevalent for consumers all the time.
Can you put my video on my website for me?
If you need us to, we can do
that for a small fee.
Typically you would have your website
provider do it or do it yourelf. The easiest approach is to put it
on Youtube, then link the Youtube file back to your website. It is
amazingly easy to put a video on YouTube.
I don’t have a web site. Can you design and create
a web site for me?
We can assist you in determining what type of web
site you would like to have and how to best proceed in producing it.
Can you host our web site
video?
Sorry, we don’t do web site
hosting.

How do I get the video? Do I get a DVD?
We provide you the video in a DVD and a digital
file for uploading to your website or social media site like
YouTube, etc.
Can I make changes to my video in the future?
Yes, the digital file can be edited by you or
anyone you designate.
